March Community Celebration: “Won’t You Be My Neighbor Day!”

“Won’t You Be My Neighbor Day” was started as a way to spread love and kindness in honor of Mister Rogers’ birthday on March 20th. Mister Rogers is especially remembered for helping children and their families believe “It’s a Beautiful Day in This Neighborhood”.

Moore Memorial Library is honoring his loving legacy by offering a free “Won’t You Be My Neighbor Day” activity kit chock full of happy thoughts and deeds for children of all ages.
